Certified Food Manager Course & Exam
is for people who need initial certification. This Department of Health approved
course meets all state requirements. The course (with exam) starts at 9:00
a.m. and concludes at 6:00 p.m. Pre-registration and payment is required. We
accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition to the course fee, the book ServSafe
Essentials, 5th Edition is required and is available at our Virginia

DOT Recertification - this mandatory course is designed to provide recertification for commercial and/or self truck inspectors already certified in Commercial Vehicle Inspection. This class is for individuals whose certification is due to expire.
