Certification Classes

Certified Food Manager Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This Department of Health approved course meets all state requirements. The course (with exam) starts at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 6:00 p.m. Pre-registration and payment is required.  We accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition to the course fee, the book ServSafe Essentials, 5th Edition is required and is available at our Virginia Campus Bookstore for $70.50.Thursday, April 29, 2009

DOT Recertification - this mandatory course is designed to provide recertification for commercial and/or self truck inspectors already certified in Commercial Vehicle Inspection. This class is for individuals whose certification is due to expire.  Individuals who have had their certificates expire must complete this recertification course within six months of expiration date.Wednesday, January 27, 2010, May 5, 2010:  $90.00. The Customized Training Department is dedicated to helping business and industry increase effectivenes in their organization. Specialized courses focusing on professional development and personal growth are offered in formats adapted to employees' needs and schedules. Courses are available in the location most convenient to the client. Customized Training packages may result in the awarding of professional development certificates and other certificate and/or degree programs. Contracted services are client driven and may include
