e-TRANSCRIPTS

If you need an official Mesabi Range (MRCTC) transcript sent to a Minnesota State College or University (MnSCU), that institution will be able to obtain your MRCTC e-transcript free of charge. Please contact the receiving institution directly for further information and assistance.

Transcripts can be requested in writing (with signature) from the Records office of the campus you attended. Transcript Request form Costs are $3.00 per unofficial transcript, $5.00 per official transcript, and $8.00 per faxed transcript (fees are non-refundable). Faxed transcripts are considered unofficial for business/educational purposes. Transcript payment must be made at the time of request. Payment methods are cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). When requesting with credit card via fax or mail please include all credit card numbers and expiration date.
