Housing Contract and Acceptance Form

picture of apartmentEach apartment has 4 bedrooms with a single bed, desk chair and lock on each door to secure valuables; two bathrooms; a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; living room with couch, chairs and end table. Each bedroom is equipped with telephone jacks.

 

 

  • Included: wireless Internet, cable, firepit, frisbee golf and sand volleyball court
  • RENT CHARGES FOR 2013/2014 ACADEMIC YEAR
      $1,968/Semester-single student per bedroom
      $1,722/Semester-two students per bedroom
    RENT CHARGES FOR SUMMER
      $391/Month-single student per bedroom
      $320/Month-double student per bedroom
  • Rates of $113 per semester includes wireless Internet, washer & dryer and resident life fee.
  • A $300 damage deposit is required to reserve a space in Alpine Village.
  • A minimum 14 day notice is required before moving out at end of the semester or there will be a $100 deducted from your deposit.
  • Fall Semester rent 8/22/13 through 12/20/13.
    Spring Semester rent 1/10/14 through 5/14/14.
    Additional charges apply to early arrivals.

  • Small appliances (i.e., mixer, blender, crock-pot, toaster)
  •            Microwave IS provided

  • Broom and dustpan
  • Dishwasher soap and dish soap

BEDROOMS

  • Bedding (sheets, pillows, comforters, blankets)
  • Lamp (for reading)
  • Garbage can
  • Television
  • Garbage can
  • Telephone
  • Phone jacks are available in each room

BATHROOMS

  • Garbage can
  • Shower curtain and rings
  • Towels and washcloths
  • Personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap, deodorant, hair dryer, etc)

    LIVING ROOM

  • Stereo

     LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Laundry soap/fabric softener
  • Laundry basket
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Vacuum

Pets are not allowed in college housing facilities with the exception of fish in an aquarium. We are an alcohol and tobacco free facility. Read and complete the Housing Contract and Contract Acceptance Form if you wish to live in student housing.
