Come join our Student Life on each campus and enjoy Xbox One, PS4, board games, a pool table and foosball. The Multicultural Center and Trio Center on the Virginia Campus is a great place to socialize. The Mesabi Range College food pantries are now open on both campuses, and various food items are available for students in the Student Life Center.

As a Mesabi Range College student, it is very important to study and attend all of your classes regularly. For many students it is also important to get involved, and become a part of campus life. At Mesabi Range College, you will have the opportunity to participate in clubs and organizations. You will have the chance to make friends and engage in new experiences, and build long lasting friendships. Our clubs are waiting for you.

Being involved in Student Activities is an important part of college life. At Mesabi Range College, you are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities that compliment your interests. Being involved is a great way to meet new friends and expand your educational experiences. Student Life makes allocations of Student Life funds; coordinates student activities/events & provides proper supervision; coordinate the creation and maintenance of clubs, organizations, and athletics for student involvement; considers all matters referred to them by designated school authorities; establishes qualifications and proper conduct for members of Student Life.

Student Life committee usually meets in the Norse conference room, directly off the Virginia Commons. Any student who is enrolled for at least one credit & maintains a cumulative GPA of 2.0 is eligible to join. During Student Life meetings, we work on planning meaningful and enjoyable events/activities for the students. Some of our larger events include, Homecoming, Snow Week and Spring Fling. We also receive the privilege of making the Student Life Budget decisions. The meetings last roughly an hour and are open to the entire student body, faculty, staff, and administration.
